Please place your steaks in the refrigerator overnight to thaw.  The cooking chart below is for
fully thawed steaks.  This chart is based on grilling with charcoal briquettes, when using your gas
grill, you can use the same chart as a guide.  However, consult your owners manual that came
with your grill for best results.  
Hitching Post Chef Suggestion:  Make sure to add a little Hitching Post Seasoning each time you turn your
steak. Also, try to use a meat thermometer to get the internal temperature to the exact amount for your preferred
doneness:  Rare 120-130°/Med. Rare 130 - 140°/Medium 140-150°/Well 160-170°
