boot. So, we have decided to list some of our favorite recipes
using BBQ2YOU Hitching Post Products' foods to show you how
versatile it really is. Enjoy!

TRI TIP SANDWICHES
Tri Tip
Hitching Post Mini Garlic Loaf
Hitching Post BBQ Sauce
Cheddar Cheese
Prepare Tri Tip per BBQ2YOU specs.
Slice the Tri Tip thinly over a few slices of our
famous garlic mini loaf. Then shred the cheddar
cheese over the top of that and pour on a healthy
portion of Hitching Post BBQ Sauce. Place the
entire sandwich on a oven safe pan in the broiler for
about 2 minutes, or oven for 6 minutes
EGGS & LINGUICA
SCRAMBLE
5 Eggs
Linguica Sausage
Hitching Post Seasoning
Cheddar Cheese
Handful Tortilla Chips
2 tsp. oil
Prepared Linguica per BBQ2YOU specs.
Place oil in skillet and heat to medium heat.
Scramble the eggs and set aside. Slice the
linguica sausage and place in skillet. After they are
brown on o side, turn and pour eggs, chips and
cheese into pan. Add a sprinkle of Hitching Post
seasoning. Continue cooking and turning on
medium heat until done.
PINQUITO BEANS
1lb. Pinquito Beans
1/2 Medium Brown Onion
1/3 lb. Ground Beef
1/2 lb. Linguica Sausage
8 oz. Can Tomato Juice
3 tsp. Chili Powder
9 tsp. Hitching Post Seasoning
4 tsp. Course Black Pepper
4 Small cans diced Chili's
4 Cloves Garlic minced
Add Water as necessary
Prepare Linguica per BBQ2YOU specs.
Bring beans to a boil. Sauté Linguica Sausage,
ground beef, onions and chili's. Add to beans. Add
tomato juice. Add chili Powder, Hitching Post
Seasoning, black pepper, and garlic.
Bring again to boil.
