mid-western beef. These steaks are aged to perfection to

The "Pork" Linguica sausage is a sensational
Portuguese sausage that has been used in the Santa
Maria BBQ for generations. The sausage does have a
little kick, medium heat. We recommend our BBQ sauce
with the Linguica if you are worried about the heat. The
sweet and Tangy flavor of our signature BBQ Sauce
perfectly compliments the Spice of the Linguica Sausage.
Each gourmet meal we BBQ with careful measure over a
