Cooking Instructions
Filet Mignon Steak Heating Instructions: (from frozen)
Boil 3-4 quarts of water in a pot. Keep at a rolling boil. Add your Filet pouch. Stir occasionally.
Cooking Chart:
Rare-Medium Rare......13-14 minutes.
Medium Rare-Medium..15-16 minutes.
Medium-Well................18-20 minutes.
To Serve: Caution HOT
Remove pouch from water using tongs and place on heat resistant surface. Cut open, place
on plate and pour juices from pouch over steak.
New York Strip Steak Heating Instructions: (from frozen)
Boil 3-4 quarts of water in a pot. Keep at a rolling boil. Add your New York pouch. Stir
occasionally.
Cooking Chart:
Rare-Medium Rare......16-17 minutes.
Medium Rare-Medium..18-19 minutes.
Medium-Well................21-23 minutes.
To Serve: Caution HOT

for 15 minutes and stir occasionally.

Baby Back Pork Ribs Heating Instructions: (from frozen) Just "heat & serve"
Boil 4-5 quarts of water in a pot. Keep at a rolling boil. Add your Rib pouch for 14-15
minutes and stir occasionally.
Caution: Pouches are VERY HOT!
To Serve: Remove pouch from pot using tongs and place on heat resistant surface or plate
and pour juice over Ribs. Stove tops may vary. Heating time is approximate.
Grilled Artichoke Heating Instructions: (from frozen)
Boil 3-4 quarts of water in a pot. Keep at a rolling boil. Add your Artichoke pouch for
14-15 minutes and stir occasionally.

Grilled Veggies Heating Instructions: (from frozen)
Boil 3-4 quarts of water in a pot. Keep at a rolling boil. Add your Veggie pouch for 5-7
minutes and stir occasionally.

Lobster Tail Heating Instructions: (from frozen)
Boil 4-5 quarts of water in a pot. Keep at a rolling boil. Add your Lobster pouch for 14-15
minutes and stir occasionally. Add Butter Pouch for the Last 2 minutes.
Caution: Pouches are VERY HOT!
To Serve: Remove pouches from pot using tongs and place on heat resistant surface or
plate. Pour Drawn Butter over the Lobster if you wish or into a small dish to dip each
succulent bite. Stove tops may vary. Heating time is approximate.
Tri Tip Heating Instructions: (from frozen)
Remove from pouch. Place on baking sheet or oven safe dish. Heat oven to 425°F.
Bake uncovered for 50 to 55 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes
before slicing. Oven temperatures may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly. Micro
waving is not recommended.
Bread Heating Instructions: (from frozen)
Boil 3-4 quarts of water in a pot. Keep at a rolling boil. Add your Bread pouch for 10
minutes and stir occasionally.
